Chabad of Tucson would like to introduce you to the first ever Tucson Oasis weekly email. It contains a vast variety of Torah based articles that will caters to all interests, may it be the Torah perspective on secular life or an insight of the weekly Parasha. For some the wisdom of Kabbalah might just do it, and for many, it all lies in the heart warming stories of the holy Tzadikim. And of course, everyone always appreciates a good Jewish joke. For those on the go, we’ll give you the entire Parasha in a nutshell.
The Oasis will unite our Jewish community in a way it has never before. When we all study the same portion of Torah together just as we unite ourselves with the Torah at that moment, we also unite ourselves together. It’s like a team, all playing the same game, striving to achieve the same goal.
The Oasis is built with a series of interesting Jewish links, such as; learn the date of your Hebrew birthday, find out the candle lighting time in any major city world wide, locate a Chabad house for were ever your travels may take you, and last but not least a link to www.askmoses.com. At this site you’ll find a Rabbi 24/6 that can answer any possible question regarding Judaism, or at least you can challenge him.
